Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer a platform to link to here. You can of course always contact us directly, and your statutory rights and the courts remain open to you.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in that respect only arises from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement, and we will remove such content promptly.

Liability for links

Our pages link to external websites over whose content we have no control. We cannot accept any liability for that content, which is always the responsibility of its respective provider or operator. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking, and no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable; on notification of an infringement we will remove the link promptly.
