    Terms & Conditions

These terms govern every contract concluded through easymarket.cc.

    1. Provider and scope

    • EasyMarket
    • c/o GAM
    • Pappelallee 64
    • 10437 Berlin
    • Germany
    • Email: [email protected]

These terms apply to all contracts concluded between us and you through easymarket.cc. Terms of your own do not become part of the contract unless we agree to them in writing.

A consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB is any natural person entering into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB acts in the exercise of their trade, business or profession.

The contract language is English. German law applies, see section 14.

    2. What we sell

We sell licence keys for EasyScript, a script for the Roblox platform, and related digital products. You receive a key that unlocks the software for a defined period. The key is bound to one device (hardware ID) and is intended for your personal use only.

Free keys funded by advertising may be offered alongside paid keys. They give access to the same software for a shorter period. Sections 8 to 13 apply to them as well; sections 5 and 7 do not, because no payment is made.

The software runs inside a third-party platform we do not control. Which functions work at any given time depends on that platform, see section 10.

    3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

    1. You choose a product and, where applicable, a runtime, and place it in the cart.
    2. In the checkout you enter the required data and review your order.
    3. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer to buy the products in the cart.
    4. We accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the key, whichever happens first.

We store the text of the contract and send it to you by email together with these terms and the withdrawal policy. You can view your past orders in your account at any time.

    4. Age and legal capacity

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you are a minor, you may only conclude a contract with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and only they may make the payment. We may ask for proof of that consent and may refuse or reverse an order if it is not provided.

    5. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. We are a small business under § 19 UStG, so no value added tax is shown and none is charged.

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Which payment methods are available is shown in the checkout. Payment is due immediately on conclusion of the contract.

If a payment is reversed after delivery for reasons you are responsible for, we may suspend the key until the matter is settled and charge the costs the reversal actually caused us.

    6. Delivery

Delivery is digital. The key is shown in your account and sent to the email address you gave us, as a rule immediately after successful payment. There is no physical shipment and no shipping cost.

If a key cannot be issued for technical reasons, we will tell you without delay and either deliver as soon as possible or refund what you paid.

    7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details, including the model withdrawal form, are in our Revocation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Because you receive digital content immediately, your right of withdrawal expires under § 356 (5) BGB once we begin delivery, provided that you expressly agreed to that and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for both in the checkout and confirm them to you in the order confirmation.

    8. Licence and permitted use

On conclusion of the contract you receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software privately for the term of your key, on the number of devices stated in the product.

    You may not:

    • pass on, resell, rent out, publish or share your key with others,
    • use the software commercially, for example to sell services or accounts,
    • decompile, reverse engineer or modify the software, except where § 69e UrhG expressly permits it,
    • circumvent or manipulate the licence check, the loader or our servers,
    • use the software in a way that harms other users, our infrastructure or third parties.

If you breach these obligations we may block the key without a refund and terminate the contract for cause. Claims for damages remain unaffected.

    9. Your own responsibility on the Roblox platform

Using EasyScript violates the terms of use of the Roblox platform. Your account can be restricted, suspended or permanently banned as a result, and that risk is yours alone.

We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. We neither can nor do we promise that the use of our software stays undetected, and we are not liable for measures taken by the platform operator against your account, your purchases there or your virtual items. Buying from us does not oblige us to restore any account.

You alone decide whether and how you use the software, and you are responsible for observing the rules that apply to you, including the terms of the platform and any applicable law.

    10. Availability, updates and changes

Our software is a digital product within the meaning of §§ 327 ff. BGB. For the agreed term of your key we owe you the contractually agreed quality and the updates needed to maintain it, and we will inform you about them (§ 327f BGB).

The platform our software runs in changes constantly and is outside our control. Individual functions may therefore stop working temporarily or permanently, and updates may be needed before they work again. Short interruptions for maintenance or for updating the software are part of normal operation.

Where a product is offered as "lifetime", this means the key runs without a fixed end date for as long as we offer the product. It is not a promise to operate the service for any particular number of years. If we discontinue the product entirely, we will announce it with reasonable notice and refund a fair share of what you paid, taking into account how long you were able to use it.

We may change these terms with effect for the future where there is a valid reason, for example a change in the law or in our services. We will inform you at least six weeks before the change takes effect and tell you about your right to object. Your existing key term is not affected by a change you object to.

    11. Defects

Your statutory rights in the case of defects apply, in particular §§ 327i ff. BGB for digital products. If the software does not have the agreed quality, we will restore it, and if we fail to do so within a reasonable period you may reduce the price or terminate the contract under the statutory conditions.

A defect does not exist where a function stops working because the platform operator changed or blocked something, as long as we restore the function within a reasonable period, and it does not exist where you modified the software or used it contrary to section 8.

    12. Blocking and termination

We may block a key or a customer account if there is a concrete suspicion that it is being used in breach of section 8, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to do so by law. We will tell you the reason. If the suspicion turns out to be unfounded we will unblock the key and extend its term by the time it was blocked.

Both sides may terminate a continuing contract for cause. You can close your customer account at any time; keys that have already been paid for remain valid for their term.

    13. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.

In the case of slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In that case our liability is limited to the damage that is foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract.

Any further liability is excluded. This also applies to our staff and agents.

We are not liable for measures taken against your account by the operator of the platform the software is used on, see section 9.

    14. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country.

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. The same applies if you have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
